Most of the big ones: AllRecipes, BBC Good Food, Food Network, Tasty, and hundreds more. If a site uses structured recipe data (most do), we can pull the recipe automatically. Over 400 sites and counting. See our full list of supported sites for details.

What is Cookidoo integration?

Cookidoo is the official Thermomix recipe platform. With a paid plan, you can send your converted recipes straight to Cookidoo — no copy-pasting or re-typing. It lands on your Thermomix, ready to cook.

Are my Cookidoo credentials safe?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Your password is encrypted with AES-256 before it's stored — we never see or store it in plain text. Your credentials are only used to upload recipes to your account, nothing else.

What counts as a conversion?

Accepted Answer

Your monthly conversion allowance covers two AI-powered actions: importing a recipe from a URL, and adapting a recipe for dietary needs (gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, and similar). Each one counts as a single conversion. Scaling a recipe up or down — say, four servings to eight — is always free on Home Cook and Chef. The maths is on us.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yep, no strings attached. Cancel from your account page whenever you like — you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Can Mixidoo adapt recipes for dietary needs?

With a Home Cook or Chef plan, you can adapt recipes for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or vegetarian diets. Our secret sauce suggests smart ingredient swaps so the dish still turns out great. Each dietary adaptation counts as one conversion from your monthly allowance; scaling servings up or down is free.

Why can't Mixidoo read a recipe from some websites?

Some websites have extra security that keeps our recipe-reading magic out. Don't worry — we'll let you know when it happens. Most popular recipes pop up on multiple sites, so try searching for the same dish elsewhere. The vast majority of recipe sites work perfectly with Mixidoo.

What if a conversion doesn't turn out right?

Cooking is complex, and occasionally things might not be nailed perfectly. On paid plans (Home Cook and Chef), you can edit the converted recipe before saving or uploading. Let us know when something's off — your feedback helps us improve the recipe.

Does Mixidoo work with Thermomix TM7?

Yes! Mixidoo converts recipes into Cookidoo-compatible format that works with all Thermomix models including TM5, TM6, and TM7. The AI conversion handles the latest TM7 parameters and cooking modes.

Who owns the recipes I convert?

Accepted Answer

The original creator does. Mixidoo is a conversion tool — we don't claim any rights over the recipes you convert. The original recipe remains the intellectual property of whoever wrote it. Some recipe websites have terms that restrict copying, adapting, or uploading their content elsewhere (including to Cookidoo), so it's worth checking before you hit upload. We always recommend using converted recipes for personal use only and respecting the hard work of fellow food creators.
